Listed below are the rules you are required to follow on ShackledCraft. Failure to do so will result in 3 punishments. Punishment 1: Original Mute/Ban Punishment 2: 2x the Original Mute/Ban (Depending on the rule) Punishment 3: 3x the Original Mute/Ban (Depending on the rule) Punishment 4: 4x the Original Mute/Ban (Depending on the rule) Chat Offenses: If you do not follow one or more of the rules listed below, you can appeal your punishment at shackledcraft.com/appeal. - Advertising: This includes advertising of websites or services of ANY kind not associated with ShackledCraft. Punishment: 1 Week Mute & Permanent Ban. - Provoking spam/Msg Spam: Provoking/promoting other players to type something in chat or private message that ends up spamming chat for other players or staff member. Punishment: 15m Mute, 30m Mute, 45m Mute & 1hour Mute. - Chat Flood: This includes the use of the same characters continuously. Punishment: 15m Mute, 30m Mute, 45m Mute & 1hour Mute. - General Harassment: Intimidating players in a rude or unfair manner. Punishment: 1hour Mute, 2hour Mute, 1day Mute & Permanent Mute. - Sexual Harassment: This includes involving the making of unwanted sexual advances or obscene remarks. Punishment: 1hour Mute, 2hour Mute, 1day Mute & Permanent Mute. - Racism: This includes any comment that would offend someone based on their race, religion, or background. Punishment: 1hour Mute, 2hour Mute, 1day Mute & Permanent Mute. - Disrespect: This includes any comment that would make a player or staff member feel under appreciated or bad about themselves. Punishment: 12hour Mute, 1day Mute, 2day Mute & Permanent Mute - Impersonation and Backseating: This includes a player who impersonates a staff member or player in the community. Punishment: 15m, 30m, 1hour Mute & 1day Mute. In-game Offenses: - Glitching: This includes abusing a bug or error on the server that gives you an unfair advantage. Punishment: 1day Ban, 2day Ban, 1week Ban & Permanent Ban. To report a bug make a post in the glitch/bugs section. - Hacking: Using a Hacked Client or client-side mod that gives you an unfair pvp advantage. Punishment: Blacklist [Admitting = 30day ban] - Macros: Using a Macro mod that gives you an unfair advantage. Punishment: 2day Ban, 4day Ban, 8day Ban & Permanent Ban. - Personal Info: Posting someones real name, skype, address or similar within chat. Punishment: Perm Ban. - Threats: Threats towards a player to hack/kill/****/etc towards someone specific. Punishment: Perm Ban. - IP Loggers/Scam Links: Giving links that track down player's IPs, and/or giving out links that either scam or hack your computer. Punishment: Perm Ban. - Alting (While Banned): Using an alternate account to bypass a ban. Punishment: Perm Ban. - Alting ( While Muted): Using an alternate account to bypass a mute. Punishment: Double the mute time. - Constant Toxicity: Constantly harassing, breaking rules, or scamming; disrupting the peace in general. Sometimes first and second punishments may be skipped if the offense is severe enough. Punishment: 1day, 1 week & Perm Ban. - Chargeback: Charging back on your donation to the server. This does NOT guarantee your money will be refunded. Punishment: Perm Ban. - Advertising YouTube/Twitch: Advertising a YouTube video, channel, stream or a twitch stream featuring other servers than ShackledCraft and the ip of that server. Note: Videos or streams on ShackledCraft are allowed. Punishment: Perm Ban. - Botting: Flooding the server with bots to spam. Punishment depends on the situation and a shorter ban may be given.
